FIRE RETARDANT FILTER FOAM : UL94 HF-1
Custom Foam Treatments, Inc. has created a premium quality Fire Retardant Reticulated Filter Foam, available in sheets 48” wide by 118” long. This product meets the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. flame class of UL94 HF-1 (UL file # E93229). RFR filter foam also meets the new European RoHS standard which bans the use of lead, mercury, cadmium, Hexavalent chromium, PBBs and PBDEs.
RFR filter foam offers high dust arrestance and low air resistance when installed in electronics, computer, telecom, medical and general purpose equipment. Our fire retardant filter foam is available in standard sheets, die cut, laminated to other substrates, such as pressure sensitive adhesive, or other custom packaging designs. Applications include air and liquid filters, speaker grilles, aircraft, HVAC, appliance and electronics industries, or any other application where a fire retardant, cleanable, filter material is required.
